Papel Picado Silver and Enameled Necklace with 14k Gold Accents

A sterling silver and enameled version of the Mexican traditional papercraft of Papel Picado with 14k gold accents. A symbol of celebration of life and love all year long and a loving remembrance of those who have passed on during Dia de los Muretos.  Front features the design that in paper would be cut out of folded paper, much like a how a paper snowflake is made. These have been patinaed to better show off the design with the back enameled to be colorful like real papel picado is.

Chain is all handmade by me from sterling silver wire, made into jumpring, soldered shut, patinaed and polished.
